Joya: flujo / Felix Gumbsch / 2026

Felix Gumbsch is an artist and co-curator of Joya:Flujo, living and working in London. Working primarily across sculpture and performance, Felix explores lived experience through themes of sexuality, identity, intimacy, power and control. His concept-led practice combines a strong attention to materiality, texture and tactility with a distinctive visual language shaped by his background in fashion and culinary arts. At joya, Felix explored the queering of iconography through fragmentation, reassemblage and recontextualisation, while getting inspired, as well as challenged by the solitude of the desert landscape.
