Joya: AiR / residency coordinator

The Residency Coordinator is part of Joya’s Professional Development Programme, a role designed for recent arts graduates seeking practical experience within an international artist residency. Working alongside Joya’s directors, the coordinator contributes to the daily organisation and delivery of the residency, supporting visiting artists and writers, resident arrivals and changeovers, presentations and the practical life of the programme. The role also extends into Joya’s wider artistic, ecological and land-based activity, offering direct experience of how an independent cultural organisation operates while providing time and context for the coordinator to continue developing their own practice.
